Shipping within the UK

For orders of £50 or more  (including donations) we offer free delivery.

We offer a flat standard UK delivery charge of £3.99 on orders under £50. This is irrespective of how many items are ordered and the weight/size of the items ordered. 

Delivery timescales will vary depending on the availability of products and the shipping method we use, but we will aim to deliver your order within 7 working days of the date on which we accept your order. However, most of our orders are despatched next working day and will be received sooner than this.  We generally use Royal Mail and Evri couriers to despatch your parcels. 

If the delivery person cannot deliver your order because no one is in, it will usually be left in a safe place, and we will be notified of this. 

Delivery outside the UK

We are currently unable to deliver outside of the UK, this includes the channel islands.

Delivery enquiries & missing orders

Our customer service team are able to track most orders (except packs of cards and "Sentiments" Jewellery which are sent untracked) If your order appears to be delayed then our team are happy to help and provide an update.
